Oh-so lovely three hour lunch with Ms. Stephanie T. at Can Can Brasserie in RVA. There were jazzy instrumentals, sparkling rosé, strawberry crème brûlée, steak sandwiches and spinach crêpes, and long aprons. Most excellent. I'm fairly sad (and relieved) that Can Can isn't closer so we could spend more time there.
