Cheese puns aren't as brill as fish puns. We say them anyway for the halibut.

Pa: Gouda?
me: dunno. I like gouda.
Pa: ok, hope you have a gouda time. Don't brie too much.

Pa: Make sure you don't Swiss anyone pahahaha.
