I'm a big fan of beverages that include mint. Lemonade, mojitos, tisanes, and the ever-refreshing mint julep. Mint says summer. It also says token dessert garnish but that's for another day.

Mint julep purists, aka my friend Collin, will say that adding seltzer to good bourbon is going against his Southern delicacies but hey, I like effervescence in my summer drinks.
